REGISTRATION DETAILS
Instructions for talks and posters
Talks:
Plenary talks will be 30 minute talks in a 40 minute time slot
Contributed talks will be 15 minute talks in a 20 minute time slot
Contributed talks are generally during 3 concurrent sessions.
All applications to speak have been granted.

Powerpoint (2000) will be available in all theatres.
The theatres have IBMs with floppy, zip and CD drives, as well as slide and overhead projectors
A Mac laptop will be available with Powerpoint 98 (CD or prior email preferred)
You may bring your own laptop as insurance. We prefer use of installed equipment.
EMAIL of your talk to GSA2002 (gsa2002@unsw.edu.au) for checking at least 2 days prior to conference is recommended

Posters: (see poster list click here)
Several different shaped poster boards will be used so sizes may vary.
Posters should be generally be long (top to bottom) and narrow
(contact gsa2002 for exceptions)
Recommended size is up to 85 cm wide (side to side) by up to 1.2 metres long (top to bot).

Posters may be erected in the Pavilions on the day of presentation after 10 am.
We hope to have enough poster boards have all poster up on both days.
