Welcome Reception and Registration for Genetics Society of Australasia meeting

The Mixer will be held at The Grandstand Bar & Function Centre – University of Sydney, which is situated in the Bruce Williams Pavilion on Number 1 Oval, in the grounds of historic Sydney University

The program will be a little different at this year’s conference as we wish to highlight the high quality of student presentations at GSA. The Mixer/Registration with light snacks and drinks will be held at The Grandstand Bar & Function Centre from 3.30 to 5.45 pm. Delegates will then move to the Wallace Lecture theatre and at 6pm the 2007 meeting will be officially opened by Dr. Jim Peacock.

There will then be presentations by five students short-listed for the GSA 2007 student prize (students TBA), which will then be awarded to the best student talk. We anticipate the evening session will close before 8pm allowing conference attendees time to have dinner.

Cost is included in the Registration fee. Additional tickets $26 per person.
